Delivery & Returns

We ship from 795 Govan Rd, Glasgow. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays dispatch the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends go out the next working day.

Shipping Costs

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95 flat rate, 2–3 working days. DPD Next Day: £6.50, next working day with one-hour window notification. Orders over £45 ship free via Royal Mail. DPD upgrade on free-shipping orders costs £2.55. We currently ship UK mainland only. Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may incur a £2–4 surcharge shown at checkout.

Glasgow Pickup

Select “Glasgow Pickup” at checkout to collect free from the warehouse. Collection hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm. Bring your order confirmation. Walk-ins welcome.

Packaging

Plants ship in sealed bags with damp paper towel in insulated boxes. Heat packs are added free November through March. Hardscape gets double-walled cardboard with foam dividers. Equipment ships in original manufacturer packaging inside our outer carton.

DOA Guarantee — Plants

Plants arriving dead or severely damaged are replaced or refunded. Photograph the opened package within 48 hours and email images to contact@aquascapebiz.com with your order number. We respond within one working day. Normal post-planting melt on tissue cultures is not covered.

Returns — Hardscape and Equipment

Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Email us first for a returns reference. Return shipping is at your cost unless we sent a faulty or wrong item. Refunds are processed within 5 working days minus original shipping cost. Lighting under manufacturer warranty (Twinstar 2yr, Chihiros 1yr) — we handle the claim for you.
