These terms govern your use of aquascapebiz.com and any purchases made through it or at our Glasgow warehouse. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. AquaScape is a trading name registered at 795 Govan Rd, Glasgow G51 3JW. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders are honoured at the listed price. An order is confirmed when you receive our “Order Confirmed” email. We may cancel orders if stock is unavailable, a pricing error exists, or we suspect fraud. Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 5 working days.
Live Plants
Plants are living organisms — colour, leaf shape and portion size may vary from photographs. A brief melt period after planting is normal during emersed-to-submersed transition and is not grounds for a return. Our DOA guarantee covers plants arriving dead or decomposed. Hardscape and Equipment
Natural hardscape is sold by weight or size range. Each piece is unique and will differ from photos. Equipment is covered by manufacturer warranty (Twinstar: 2 years, Chihiros: 1 year). We handle warranty claims on your behalf where possible.
Website Use
All photographs, text and design on this site are our property or used under licence. You may not scrape, reproduce or use our product images on third-party listings without written permission.
Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including fish or livestock loss, equipment damage, or tank cycling failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
